Clown Care docs visit Hopkins Children’s, in teams of two, every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The clowns make regularly scheduled rounds from 10 a.m. to noon, and then from 1 to 3 p.m. Child Life specialists can make special requests for visits to patients. Ask your Child Life specialist when you can expect to catch the silly clowns on your unit.
“Clown Care TV” is broadcast live, from a playroom, on Hopkins Children’s Center TV (CCTV), channel 60. The show airs on the second Thursday of the month at 2:15 p.m. Check the Child life activities calendar for more information.
