Biography:
A native New Yorker, Dr. Shay attended College and Medical School at The University of Chicago. She completed her residency at The University of Chicago and returned there after a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship at Children’s in Washington, D.C. Dr. Shay was on the faculty at D.C. Children’s for a number of years before entering private practice. She missed the academic environment and joined the Faculty at Hopkins. She is also enrolled in an MBA program in the Carey School of Business.
