Current research underway includes:

  • COAST or Coarctation Of the Aorta Stent Trial. This study being conducted by  Richard Ringel, M.D., is enrolling patients by invitation only. 

Physicians at the Helen B. Taussig Children’s Cardiac Center are among the world’s leading researchers in pediatric cardiology. They are engaged in several research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health and private foundations, including studies focusing on:
